Players to be eligible to compete in the CFA Football "JV" League must meet the requirements set forth in Article VII - Players, CFA Bylaws.

CFA Teams that want to play in the JV league will submit to the CFA JV League Coordinator their list of Smurf, Peewee, Pony and/or Midget Squads that will be available to play.  This list will be developed after "Roster Night" and prior to our first regular season games scheduled for August 28-29, 2010.  The JV league coordinator will then develop and coordinate the 2010 JV schedule with all participating teams.  PIAA official's cost will be shared by each team playing at the sites.
