The parish limits have been precisely determined and described as they are presently known.  Any subsequent changes, on the part of the civil authorities, in names, numbers or locations, do not affect the parish territory unless the Ordinary so decrees.

Where counties or townships (or parts thereof) are mentioned, the cities or boroughs within their boundaries are included.  When streets or highways are mentioned the middle thereof is understood.  Highway routings, place names and geographical divisions are taken from the "General Highway Map," special edition, of Cumberland county prepared by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways in 1974.

Given at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the 21st day of September, 1988.
